Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect to join our Service Line Core Network team in Sweden. This position plays a critical role in both pre-sales as a Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) and delivery as an end-to-end Solution Architect (SA).

As a member of our CU-centric dynamic team, this role is instrumental in establishing Ericsson as a trusted partner through technical expertise, leadership and consultative mindset to foster engagements across Core Networks (CN) portfolio for multiple accounts in Sweden and Baltics region in close collaboration with Account Management and Offering areas teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own solution authority taking lead in designing and dimensioning of new solutions and Installed Base expansions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at technical and management level to enable trust and partnership.
• Identify Attach Sales and Add-on sales opportunities through consultative engagement and by fostering innovation.
• Manage technical discussions with internal stakeholders and related organizations within Market Area and Business Area.
• Contribute to development of business cases & strategies, market categorizations and risk analysis.
• Develop technical presentations, roadmap updates workshops, as well as seminars and conferences.
• Actively contribute to relevant communities within Ericsson and ensure internal knowledge sharing to support competence development of junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• At least seven years of experience with the Core Networks portfolio, including expertise in Cloud Native Infrastructure and applications in Packet Core, Policy, IMS, UDM, regulatory, and MCN domains.
• Preferably Ericsson certified as a senior or principal Solution Architect or consultant, possessing comprehensive technical and business understanding as well as proven experience in consultative selling and value-based argumentation.
• Experience serving as a technical lead and design authority in the delivery of complex Core Networks solutions.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with a clear orientation toward practical results, demonstrating accountability and independence in achieving objectives.
• Leadership skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex engagements.
• Ability to navigate the organization and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish is preferred.
• Role might be subject to Security clearance depending on contract and customer requirements.
