Company: Marsh Description: Job Description For Posting Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office: Operations Specialist with Swedish What can you expect? We will count on you to:

Use your foreign language capabilities on a daily basis to handle documentation received from the insurance brokers
Use your attention-to-detail skills for data entry in our internal systems
Open to share your ideas to identify opportunities for improvements
Communicate with stakeholders

What you need to have:

Excellent command of spoken and written both English and Swedish (B2)
Strong analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Minimum 1 year of professional experience

Previous experience in the insurance sector and/or SSC and/or customer service area
Ability to build relationships with colleagues
Open-minded with fast learning capabilities
Strong oral and written communication skills
