Your role - Are you ready for a challenge? The Account Officer - Swedish and Norwegian Market is responsible for assisting in the timely and effective day to day processing of servicing activities for Swedish and Norwegian policies. Ensuring that all work items are processed in accordance with compliance obligations and within agreed service standards. The Account Officer may help the team to support additional/exceptional workload. The ideal candidate will be flexible in handling daily operations related to servicing existing clients and policyholders along with custodian account processing requirements. Your responsibilities will be as follows: The Account Officer - Swedish and Norwegian Market is accountable for:- Providing daily support to Partners, Clients and Sales colleagues;
- Handling daily workload in an accurate and timely manner meeting, exceeding where possible the Service Standards;
- Accurate and timely processing of policy transactions, servicing and query resolution during the life cycle of a policy, including document management;
- Proactively following up and monitor all transactions and queries received from both internal and external parties;
- Managing risk within your area of responsibility including adherence to Corporate Policy on Compliance and Risk;
- Respecting the planning established by your line manager in relation to business activities;
- Following instructions and process information accurately and in a timely manner;
- Prioritising multiple tasks while remaining calm and positive under pressure;
- Maintaining an on-going awareness of service, propose suggested improvement to your line manager and ensure quality improvements are made, as agreed.
- Experience of working within the Financial Sector with a minimum of 2 years' experience, ideally within Private Banking or with Independent Financial Advisors;
- You enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment and look for the opportunity to excel in all aspects of your role;

- Good communication skills: being able to build effective relationships and adapt communication style to the counterpart, always in a professional manner;

- Ability to work independently while keen to work as part of a team and assist colleagues;
- Willing to make the extra effort as required;
- Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering regulations;
- Native-level Swedish speaker and fluency in English is a must, any other European language is an asset, particularly Norwegian.
