The role We are looking for an experienced Medior / Senior iOS Engineer to join our long-term partnership with ICA, one of Scandinavia's largest retail companies. This is a full-time, on-site position in Sarajevo, with a planned start date in September 2026. We are hiring for two iOS Engineer positions: one Medior (Level 2) and one Senior (Level 3). You will join an Agile product team developing new features and maintaining one of ICA's most important customer-facing mobile applications. Working closely with Swedish colleagues, you will contribute throughout the development lifecycle with a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Project You will work on the ICA Retail App, used by millions of ICA loyalty members for shopping lists, store offers, recipes, and member services. As ICA continues to expand its mobile development initiatives, you will help develop new features, maintain existing functionality, and contribute to delivering a modern, high-quality iOS application. The work includes- Developing new features for the iOS application
- Maintaining and improving existing functionality
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams
- Participating in code reviews and knowledge sharing
- Contributing to continuous improvements throughout the development lifecycle
- Minimum 4 years of professional iOS development experience
- Strong experience with Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit
- Experience with MVVM and MVC architecture
- Experience with Swift Concurrency
- Experience with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Bitrise)
- Strong focus on code quality and test coverage
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English communication skills
- OAuth 2.0
