Mission Brief As our new (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be part of our Talent Attraction team (Aude, Stephanie, Marlene and Alexandra) to ensure we hire the best talent. You will proactively source, train interviewers on hiring techniques and manage the full cycle recruiting process to ensure that we have a steady source of talent for our growing company. Act as a first point of contact as a brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace. We are a small team with very ambitious goals, looking for a mission-driven individual to reach our goals together! Your Role in Our Space Mission:

Partner with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and skill sets of a role
Conduct and coordinate candidate interviews
Manage the pipeline of candidates, both immediate and long term leads, to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
Together with the team, deliver and track most important recruitment KPIs
Develop and implement creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent
Be involved in personnel marketing and employer branding projects by driving initiatives

Qualification Checklist

Bachelor's or masters degree in business, psychology or related degree or equivalent
Ideally at least 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience with tech roles, 7 years for Senior
Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
Outstanding organization and attention to detail
Fluent in English

Bonus Skills

High volume recruiting, sourcing, and recruiting coordination experience in a growing organisation
Blue-collar hiring experience
In-house recruitment experience
Fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or French
