The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy’s IVRS organization in a strategic leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement across Integration & Verification, Release, and Support programs. As an IVRS Program & Operations Lead, you will work at the center of program governance, performance management, and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams while driving consistent ways of working. This is an excellent opportunity to influence key development programs, enhance operational effectiveness, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions in a global environment.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead and coordinate operational activities across IVRS programs, maintaining visibility and alignment across Integration & Verification, Release, and Support
- Act as backup and support for program leads, including serving as Tiger Team and Hyper Care Leader when required
- Drive quality excellence by monitoring test effectiveness, engineering development activities, and IVRS performance indicators
- Own, monitor, and report IVRS KPIs, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Lead the implementation of standardized ways of working and drive transformation initiatives across the organization
- Facilitate improvement programs, coordinate the IVRS Dashboard, and ensure operational processes remain up to date
- Drive Operational Performance Management, including KPI reviews, continuous improvement activities, and governance processes
- Chair and coordinate IVRS Program Steering Committee meetings, ensuring transparency, accountability, and execution of priorities
Your Background
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Proven leadership experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Team Lead, Project Manager, or Engineering Manager
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and software delivery processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in global environments
- Experience driving operational excellence, process improvements, and performance management initiatives
- Fluent in English; Swedish is considered an advantage
