About the RoleYou will help create structure and momentum in complete vehicle integration testing within a complex automotive environment. Here, software deliveries, electronics, embedded systems, and vehicle functions need to come together in a reliable way, and your coordination will make that possible.
In this role, you will bring clarity to ongoing test activities, manage dependencies, and support stakeholders with transparent follow-up and reporting. You will work across teams and help improve how testing is planned, coordinated, and communicated. There is also strong interest in using AI and digital tools to simplify workflows and increase efficiency. Job Description- You will coordinate test planning and execution across multiple teams.
- You will maintain an operational overview of ongoing test activities, dependencies, and priorities.
- You will follow up on progress, deviations, and reporting needs to create transparency in status and decision points.
- You will drive cross-functional collaboration between software deliveries and complete vehicle teams.
- You will facilitate meetings and alignment forums that help teams move forward together.
- You will identify and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies when needed.
- You will support the development, improvement, and simplification of test processes.
- You will contribute to more efficient ways of working through AI-supported and digital tools for reporting and coordination.
- Relevant technical education, or equivalent work experience, within engineering, software, electronics, embedded systems, or vehicle systems.
- Experience in test coordination, test planning, verification, validation, or technical project coordination.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of test processes, reporting, follow-up, and risk and dependency management.
- Experience from software and hardware integration, or from larger technical systems.
- English and Swedish.
- Education or certification in test methodology, project coordination, agile ways of working, systems engineering, or similar.
- Experience from automotive, embedded systems, HIL/SIL, complete vehicle testing, or system integration.
- Experience with process improvement, automation, AI-supported workflows, or digitalization of test and reporting processes.
- Experience facilitating meetings and creating alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
