Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for a strategic HR transformation initiative. The assignment involves leading a large-scale transformation focused on globalizing and streamlining HR capabilities and processes, moving toward strategic global solutions, and decommissioning existing systems while ensuring continuity of critical HR services.

In this role, you will lead several interconnected workstreams and act as a key link between business and technology. You are expected to create structure, clarity, and momentum while constructively challenging plans, deliverables, priorities, and timelines to ensure high delivery quality, pace, and productivity throughout the transformation.

Responsibilities

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the transformation across multiple workstreams and driving the transition from existing solutions to the future global and standardized target landscape.

You will develop and maintain the overall roadmap, including priorities, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans. An important part of the assignment is to set clear expectations for workstream leads, challenge plans and timelines, and ensure clear ownership and accountability within each stream.

You will identify cross-stream dependencies, risks, and blockers and drive the decisions and actions required to resolve them. The assignment also includes planning and coordination related to implementation, migration, system decommissioning, data, integrations, testing, cutover, business continuity, and transition to BAU.

You will own the overall Change Management and Communication strategy for the project. This includes establishing a clear approach to stakeholder engagement, communication, organizational readiness, and adoption, as well as guiding and supporting Change and Communication resources in executing the strategy.

You will also ensure effective governance, clear reporting, and relevant decision support for the project sponsor and steering committee. The role requires close collaboration across HR, IT, Enterprise Architecture, global functions, vendors, and other stakeholders.

  • Experience developing and evaluating business cases and translating business needs into clear scope, priorities, and decisions.

  • Strong experience developing and leading Change Management and Communication strategies within large-scale transformation programs.

  • Experience with HR systems, particularly HRIS, as well as a good understanding of HR processes, payroll, data, and integrations.

  • Experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, adoption, and transition.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct line-management authority.

  • Ability to combine structure and accountability with an empathetic leadership style.

  • Ability to quickly understand complex environments, create clarity, and build momentum.

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
