You will take a key role in a robotics-focused engineering environment where mechanical design, product development and technical problem-solving go hand in hand. The assignment covers a broad span of mechanical engineering work, from planning and design to modification of machinery, equipment and products. You will work across functions, coordinate with other engineering disciplines and help move complex technical initiatives forward.

This is a role for you if you enjoy combining hands-on engineering with leadership, and if you want to influence both technical direction and day-to-day execution. • You will plan, design and modify machinery, equipment and products in a robotics context.
• You will lead and coordinate complex engineering activities across one or more engineering disciplines.
• You will collaborate with internal teams and related functions to drive work efficiently toward shared goals.
• You will perform engineering analyses, prepare reports and use relevant computer-based tools to support decisions.
• You will work independently on advanced engineering tasks and also guide other engineers in technical execution.
• You will act as a technical advisor to management and customers in advanced studies, potential applications and complex problem resolution.
• You will proactively identify and implement improvements that strengthen operations and customer satisfaction.

• More than 6 years of work experience within the relevant field including leadership/management
• Bachelor or Master degree, or another technical degree with >15 years of work experience within relevant field
• Working command of the English language
