Our solution combines AI-driven IoT technology with a hassle-free coffee experience for workplaces, and we need someone who can pick up the phone and get people excited about it.

We are looking for a Meeting Booker for our Business Development Department. You'll report to our Head of MCC and be part of a team that makes sure prospective customers hear from us. You'll take initial contact with prospects, introduce them to our solution and book qualified meetings for our Sales Managers to close. Our customer base spans a wide range of industries and you'll be talking to new people every single day.

Location: Hyllie, Malmö

Start date: Mid-September 2026

Language: Swedish (fluent) & English (fluent)

• Reach out to prospective customers and open new conversations about our coffee solution

• Clearly present what makes Blackbird Coffee special

• Book qualified meetings for our Sales Managers

• Keep at it, call after call, staying sharp and personable even when the task repeats

• Become part of a team culture that thrives on energy and collaboration

• Fluent Swedish since customer calls are conducted in Swedish

• Fluent English, our internal working language (interviews will be held in English)

• Strong communication skills and genuine comfort talking to new people daily
