You will join a global Software Asset Management team with focus on software used in Product Development and Engineering. This is a hands-on role where you combine operational Software Asset Management with oversight of the software demand and procurement process within Digital. You will help Product Owners and business stakeholders make better decisions around licensing, usage, entitlement, optimisation, and compliance, while also keeping software requests moving through the right reviews and approvals. • You will support Product Owners and business stakeholders with questions related to software licensing, usage, entitlement, and other Software Asset Management topics.
• You will maintain and analyse license, entitlement, and usage data to create a reliable basis for license management, optimisation, and compliance.
• You will review software usage and demand to identify opportunities to optimise, reallocate, or reduce licenses.
• You will support license reviews, renewals, compliance activities, and software audits together with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
• You will oversee software requests from initial demand through review, approval, and delivery, ensuring transparency and steady progress throughout the process.
• You will coordinate with Digital Product Owners and other stakeholders to make sure the right activities, information, reviews, and approvals are completed on time.
• You will challenge software demand when needed by evaluating existing licenses, available software, and alternative solutions, and you will escalate blockers when required.

• 4+ years of experience in Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, Procurement, or IT Operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software licensing and compliance programs.
• Experience supporting software audits and vendor negotiations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

• Experience from Product Development, Engineering IT, PLM, CAD, CAE, or similar areas.
• Previous exposure to software demand processes in a large digital or engineering organisation.
