Are you an experienced electrical commissioning professional ready to take the lead on site? This is an opportunity to join a large-scale data center project where you will take ownership of the commissioning activities, lead a technical team, and act as a key interface between the project and the customer.

About the role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the electrical commissioning activities on site. You will manage a team of Field Service Representatives and commissioning engineers, ensuring that the project progresses according to schedule while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and technical execution.

This is a role for someone who combines a strong electrical and commissioning background with leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management.

Work tasks

  • Lead and coordinate the commissioning team on site
  • Plan and coordinate electrical installation and commissioning activities
  • Manage schedules, resources, priorities, and project progress
  • Lead daily coordination meetings and follow up on ongoing activities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the customer on site
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
  • Ensure commissioning activities are performed according to safety and quality requirements
  • Identify and manage project risks and technical issues
  • Monitor progress and provide regular status reports
  • Support and oversee commissioning activities throughout the L2–L5 commissioning process

We are looking for

  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or equivalent
  • Several years of experience within electrical commissioning of LV and MV systems
  • Previous experience from data center projects
  • Experience leading commissioning teams or technical teams on site
  • Strong understanding of the L2–L5 commissioning process
  • Experience with Schneider Electric LV and UPS systems
  • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, schematics, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
  • Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Current residence in Sweden

You combine a hands-on understanding of electrical commissioning with the ability to lead people, communicate with customers, and maintain a clear overview of the entire commissioning process.
