You will join an international company in the automotive and powertrain industry where treasury plays a central role in business stability, financial risk control and long-term planning. In this role, you get to combine strategic responsibility with hands-on work across risk, liquidity, banking and insurance, while collaborating closely with finance leadership and a global treasury function.

You will act as a key treasury expert in a complex global environment with exposure to financial markets, cross-functional stakeholders and group-wide initiatives. This is an interesting opportunity if you enjoy owning critical treasury processes and turning financial analysis into practical business decisions.

• You will manage and mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange exposure, commodity price exposure and interest rate risk.
• You will coordinate and execute hedging activities in line with group policies and established frameworks.
• You will monitor market developments and assess how they affect the company’s financial position and risk profile.
• You will take ownership of liquidity management and cash flow forecasting, including both short- and long-term planning.
• You will monitor liquidity needs and help ensure that the business has the funding and cash availability required for ongoing operations.
• You will manage relationships with banking partners and coordinate dialogue around financing solutions, liquidity management and banking services.
• You will oversee insurance-related matters, including renewals, claims and coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
• You will work closely with the global treasury organization and contribute to treasury initiatives, process improvements and effective communication between local and group functions.
• You will support finance and business stakeholders with treasury expertise across Accounting, Controlling, FP&A and related functions.
• You will also take responsibility for the internal travel booking system and support colleagues in travel-related matters when needed.

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Senior-level experience within Treasury, Corporate Finance, Banking or Financial Risk Management.
• Proven experience in financial risk management, including foreign exchange exposure, commodity price exposure and interest rate risk.
• Strong experience in liquidity management and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience with financial hedging instruments and practical implementation of hedging strategies.
• Strong understanding of corporate treasury processes, financial markets and financial risk management.
• Good knowledge of liquidity and cash management, including cash flow forecasting.
• Good knowledge of financial instruments and products within FX & MM.
• Experience managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong ability to analyze financial data and translate findings into action.
• Experience working across functions and organizational levels in an international environment.
• Professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

• Experience with treasury management systems and/or ERP systems.
• Experience with Bloomberg.
• Experience in insurance coordination and administration.
