As part of a major and exciting project, Keller is expanding in northern Sweden and is looking for foundation workers to join the team, initially in Luleå. We are currently recruiting new colleagues for a few large-scale projects and welcomes experienced candidates.

Keller is the world’s largest geotechnical and foundation engineering company, which allows us to work on some of the most exciting projects in the industry. We use a wide range of ground improvement and foundation techniques.

About the Role

We are now recruting Liebherr LRB/LB Piling Rig Operators & System Trainers. You will work with one or several of these methods.

Responsibilities include safe, precision machine operation and upskilling personnel on Liebherr systems to industry standards. You will combine technical expertise with strong communication and mentoring skills.

One of the projects is in Luleå, but the position requires flexibility to work at other locations when needed. Compensation for business travel is provided in accordance with the Construction Agreement.

Who are we looking for?

We require an experienced (minimum 5 years' experience) Liebherr Piling Rig operator with demonstrable technical proficiency across M5, L5, and DSM operating systems. You must hold relevant certifications, possess a strong understanding of machine control technology, and demonstrate a proven track record delivering structured operator training.

English is used as the working language in many projects, as teams often collaborate closely with Keller colleagues from other countries.
