Assignment Description

We are looking for a Package Development Engineer

What You Will Work On

  • Translate requirements into package sub-system requirements
  • Define and execute V&V strategies for packaging
  • Write test specifications and conduct physical tests
  • Analyze package performance and functionality results
  • Document test results and prepare technical reports
  • Coordinate package activities according to procedures and standards
  • Drive root cause investigations related to package performance
  • Perform package risk assessments
  • Develop and implement new procedures and test methods
  • Develop and improve validation methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Participate in Scrum and Agile development activities
  • Support package product development activities

What You Bring

  • Academic degree, preferably MSc in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience from the packaging industry
  • Strong experience in physical testing
  • Experience with V&V strategy and execution
  • Experience writing test specifications and analysing test results
  • Experience with root cause investigations
  • Knowledge of statistics
  • Experience with risk assessment and requirements management
  • Knowledge of product development processes
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile ways of working
  • Strong analytical, structured, and process-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English and Swedish
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
