About Us: Rauland Skisenter AS is one of Telemark's largest tourism companies and among the larger ski resorts in Norway. We are dedicated to creating great skiing experiences for the whole family in a snow-reliable mountain destination.

Rauland is located in the municipality of Vinje, an area with a long tradition of tourism and hospitality. Rauland town center offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, and services. Our operations are based at Vierli, Tiur, and Holtardalen.

Our employees are our most valuable resource. During the high season, we employ nearly 100 staff members of all ages and from many different countries. We operate year-round, with business activities including skiing, accommodation, housekeeping, and food service. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, lead, and deliver events and activities, both on and off skis - Meet and greet guests together with our mascot - Perform various operational tasks within the Ski Department or Technical Department, depending on the applicant's skills and experience - Provide the highest level of service to our guests

Qualifications: - We are looking for someone who enjoys being outdoors and feels comfortable meeting and speaking with guests - Enjoys working with children, preferably with experience in a similar role - Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language - Must be at least 18 years old - Previous experience in a similar role and good skiing skills are an advantage - Access to a personal vehicle is an advantage - Able to work independently

Skills: - Proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language - You must be at least 18 years old - Previous experience in a similar role and good skiing skills are an advantage - Access to a personal vehicle is an advantage - As the role includes participation in the ski resort's rescue and emergency response services, applicants should be in good physical condition and comfortable working at heights - You provide excellent customer service and have a friendly, outgoing personality - Willing and eager to learn
